John Welborn (November 20, 1857 – October 27, 1907) was an American politician who represented Missouri in the United States House of Representatives from 1905 to 1907.
Welborn was born near Aullville, Missouri in 1857. He attended the public schools and studied law at Warrensburg State Normal School. Later, he was admitted to the bar in 1880 and practiced in Lexington, Missouri. He was the city recorder in 1890 and 1891 and the Mayor of Lexington in 1896–1920.
